Position Qualifications
More than 5 years experience in related function, Electronics degree
Good Commercial understanding
Good Financial and income statement understanding.
Good understanding of PL management (customer, profit, business, quality; leadership; SCM)
Good skills in oral and written English and local language

Major Responsibilities
Build up Technical Support Engineering Team
Manage Technical Support Engineering Team to provide and execute full range of technical support functionalities to our customers, resellers, Tier 1 supporters in country and vendors based on defined process and work flow
Interface with vendors, customers, resellers and Tier 1 supporters to collaborate supporting requirements, define MPX supporting mechanism, functionalities, work flow and process
Provide technical support training course and technical guidance to team members customers, resellers, Tier 1 supporters in country and so on
Lead to locate or develop the web service, support platform, diagnostics utilities and sales tools
Position Qualifications
1-5 years working experience;
Knowledge of communication industry;
Familiar with wireless repeater, Optical network, relative product and project design experience;
Good communication skills and service-oriented;
Good command of spoken and written English;
Priority for staff with FAE experience .
Degree in Accountancy;
At least 6 years of relevant working experience;
Audit experience is preferred;
Strong analytical problem solving skills and high computer literacy;
