Major Responsibilities
Strategic selling,Setup & maintain TEAM prior to Pre-Order & Order Entry,Customer profiling & call reports, using CRM tool, for selected accounts,Multi-line selling,Customer penetration,Volume Sales Agreements

Position Qualifications
- Must have no less than 2-3 years sales experience gained from the electronic
components industry (although, with less than 2 years may be considered provided candidate has proven sales track record from the same or similar Industry
- Solid understanding of product cycle and manufacturing procedures of customer
- Understands what customer relationship building is all about (from a sales & marketing context) and applies it (Validated by the Hiring BU Manager during interview)
- Solid knowledge on products and technology development in the electronic components industry
-Excellent customer service skills 、interpersonal skills 、communication skills,including English & country-specific language
- Willing to travel

Position Qualifications
- University degree major in Electronics,Sales & Marketing,Communications or related disciplines;
- 5+ years sales and management experience preferably in publications sales or direct sales;
- Working experience in electronics industry an advantage;
- Excellent oral and writing skills in both English and Mandarin,familiar with MS Office;
- Creative,self-motivated,independent with good communication skills;
- Can work under pressure and possess sound management and team building ability
- Willing to travel
