Purchasing order placement
Order placement: customers can complete order placement procedure on our website, you still need to contact our sales customer service representatives to sign the order you placed off our website, and the signed orders will restrain the customers to cancel or revoke the signed orders.

Order confirmations: the product stock quantities demonstrated on our website are for customer reference only, the concrete product quantities are still subject to the actual inventory quantities in our warehouse. If customer found the ordered products are in short supply after ordering, our sales customer service representatives will contact you promptly to coordinate follow-up processing matters.
Currency types and taxes
Types of currency: the type of currency is dependent on the region where customers’ orders are in. USD is only applicable to the orders outside China; and RMB is only applicable to the orders within China.
 
Tax burdens: the tax types on the orders signed between Wistic and customers depend on the customers’ decisions, and the customers will pay the associated taxes.
Payment terms
Payment conditions: the payment conditions on signed orders are all T/T in advance except special agreement. You need to remit funds into Wistic’s bank account marked on the orders.
Remittance fees: customers will pay all remittance fees.
Remittance deadlines: customers need to complete remittance within three days after the orders have been signed. In case the customers are unable to complete remittance due to certain reasons, they need to immediately inform our sales customer service representatives the day they can complete the remittance. After customers complete the remittance, the products they ordered will be reserved in our inventory from the day we received their remittance.
 
The filling in of remittance documents: when remitting, customers need to fill in the order number in the summary/remark part of remittance documents or files. If the delayed delivery is caused by our late remittance receiving confirmation because the customers didn’t fill in order numbers or filled in wrong order numbers, the customers will take full responsibilities on their own.
Product delivery
Delivery modes: depends on the customers’ delivery addresses in their orders, the customers can pick up orders on their own or assign a third-party logistic company to deliver. If the delivery addresses are overseas, the orders will be delivered by FedEx, UPS, and DHL; if the delivery addresses are within China, the orders will be delivered by EMS.
Freights and insurance premiums: customers will pay all freights from transportation except special circumstances; the freights will be counted into the total amount of the orders. In addition, all products customer ordered are uninsured during the transportation, the customers will take full responsibilities on their own for the risks caused by transportation unless the customers request to insure and remit the insurance premium into our bank account.
Disclaimer of warranties
For individual defective products, buyers need to submit product defect notice in written within seven days, and Wistic will replace or refund the defective products within 30 days from the day the products were purchased. Our sole responsibility is to refund or replace the defective products based on the amounts the customers paid when purchasing. Wistic’s refund amounts will not exceed the purchasing amounts the customers paid at anytime, and Wistic is not responsible for any indirect or other related liabilities. The products that are misused (including but not limited to static discharging), neglected, accident-involved, changed, and the ones that are already on boards and welded so we can’t test, won’t get our specified quality-assurance services.
 
The merchandise quantity Wistic recorded when the merchandise was delivered from its business offices or warehouses should be the conclusive proof when delivering to customers, unless the customers can provide opposite conclusive proof. You need to send Wistic a written notice within seven days that the ordered merchandise is supposed to be delivered in normal circumstance; otherwise Wistic won’t take any responsibilities for undelivered merchandise.
Force majeure
Wistic is not responsible for any sluggish or unimplemented transactions due to natural disasters, earth changes, material shortages, governmental behaviors, terrorisms, riots, wars, or other reasons beyond reasonable control.
